Q. My scans are “low” quality. (Bubbly in texture) How do I fix this?

A. The likely cause of this is due water moisture condensing on the mirror tip. Be sure to allow 1.5min before each arch for the scanner to sit on the base, powered on, so that the built-in heater can warm the tip.
